Oversee the entire deployment phase, including developing detailed project plans and defining critical milestones Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment activities, leading regular project status meetings and aligning resources Analyze implementation trends and potential bottlenecks, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders Identify areas for improvement in deployment methodologies and develop best practices for smoother onboarding Develop a strong understanding of the product and customer personas to enhance the customer lifecycle experience Qualifications
At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Strong understanding of change management best practices to ensure a successful transition for clients Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas Excellent communication skills to persuade senior leadership and internal stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
