Georgia Licensed Life Insurance Agent

| Company Leads | Remote Position Overview We are seeking

licensed life insurance agents based in Georgia

who want to operate in a structured, production-focused environment designed to help agents build consistent momentum.

This opportunity is designed for professionals who prefer working within a

clear system with defined support, mentorship, and lead flow , rather than navigating the challenges often associated with independent production environments.

What You’ll Do As a licensed agent in our system, your primary focus will be speaking with clients, identifying their coverage needs, and helping them secure appropriate life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct scheduled client conversations by phone or virtual appointment

Present life insurance options that meet client needs

Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements

Participate in structured training and mentorship programs

Follow established production and activity guidelines

Continue developing product knowledge and communication skills

Georgia Temporary License Opportunity

(New to the Industry) For individuals

new to the insurance industry , Georgia offers a

Temporary Life Insurance License pathway

that may allow qualified candidates to begin training and working under supervision while completing their full licensing process.

Candidates who are not yet licensed may still apply if they:

Are located in

Georgia

Are willing to complete the

state licensing requirements

Are open to participating in a structured training and onboarding program

During the temporary license period, agents work under supervision while completing the steps necessary to obtain their

permanent life insurance license .

This pathway is designed for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Captive Agency Structure Our organization operates within a

unified agency model . Agents who join our team represent our organization and production system exclusively.

To maintain compliance, brand consistency, and operational focus, agents selected to move forward must be willing to:

Terminate outside insurance carrier appointments

Operate exclusively within our production structure

Maintain compliance with our agency guidelines and processes

This is a structural requirement of the position and is not a temporary arrangement.

This opportunity is best suited for agents who prefer operating within a

focused, team-driven environment

rather than splitting production across multiple carriers.

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Active Life Insurance License in Georgia (preferred)

License in good standing with the state insurance departmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, dependable work habits

Willingness to participate in mentorship and structured training

Commitment to consistent activity and long-term growth

Applicants who are not yet licensed but qualify for the Georgia Temporary License pathway may also be considered. Agents with additional state licenses are welcome. Work Environment
