RFP Specialist – Financial Services Industry

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
4+ years of relevant RFP/content generation experience
Experience using Responsive or E-vestment Omni RFP software or similar content libraries
Experience using AI in support of RPF response process
Financial Services industry experience is helpful
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
Responsible for coordinating responses for proposals for the firm’s clients and potential clients
Handle the end-to-end RFP/RFI/DDQ response process, including intake, project planning, drafting, review, approval, and submission.
Ensure that all proposals reflect the firm’s value proposition, brand voice, and competitive differentiators.
Partner with subject matter experts across product management, portfolio management, operations, risk, legal, and compliance to collect and validate information.
Maintain and enhance a centralized database or content library of approved RFP responses, product data, and company information.
Demonstrate attention to detail: Highly meticulous, ensuring accuracy in data-heavy financial content.
