Job Overview 3‑Month contract position with Mosquito Squad in Norwalk, CT. Your main focus will be to handle a heavy volume of both inbound and outbound calls from potential customers, upsell our services and products, and close deals by taking credit card payments over the phone.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from potential customers.

Educate customers about our services and explain how they compare to competitors.

Upsell Mosquito Squad products and services during conversations to drive business.

Close deals by securely taking credit card payments over the phone.

Enter call information accurately into the company database.

Qualifications & Skills

6+ months of inbound sales or call‑center experience preferred.

Experience handling high‑volume inbound calls.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong customer‑service and sales skills.

Experience with inside sales, call‑center tools, and outbound sales.

Job Details Contract position. Location: Norwalk, CT. Anticipated application deadline: March 19, 2026.

Pay & Benefits Hourly pay range: $16.00 – $18.00 / hr.
