Manage and maintain high volumes of commission-related data inputs, ensuring proper approvals are obtained when required Perform end-to-end review of commission processes, including calculations, customization, and system integrations Generate and distribute monthly commission statements to sales representatives Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity Provide training and ongoing support to sales team members regarding commission programs and related tools Qualifications
Experience in commissions analysis, sales compensation, FP&A, or a related finance/operations role Familiarity with financial and operational systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, particularly when managing high volumes of data Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain commission structures and processes clearly to stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
