Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Protection Specialist, based in Atlanta, GA. The Protection Specialist will work directly with clients, assessing their unique needs and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, providing excellent service, educating clients on their options, and offering comprehensive protection plans. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive and transparent experience for clients.
Qualifications
Experience in Physical Security and understanding of protection protocols
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build rapport with clients
Proficient in providing Training and guidance to help clients understand available options
Background in Sales, with the ability to recommend tailored insurance solutions
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is a plus
