Key responsibilities include maintaining positive tenant relationships, addressing inquiries, preparing leasing documentation, and ensuring properties remain occupied. The role will involve collaboration with property management staff and active participation in leasing‑related marketing efforts. Qualifications

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Proven ability in handling inquiries, building client relationships, and closing leasing opportunities Attention to detail with skills in preparing and managing lease documents Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills Familiarity with property management processes and housing regulations is preferred Ability to work independently and in team settings to achieve leasing targets Prior experience in leasing, real estate, or customer‑facing roles is a plus
