The position described below is for a Relationship Banker at Truist Financial in Crestview Hills, KY. Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone through development and expansion of new and existing client relationships. Offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners for additional growth opportunities. Cross-train to perform required teller duties as needed. Exercise advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and advanced sales functions relating to deposit, credit, convenience, and other product and service lines. Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by developing, expanding, and retaining client relationships. Support the sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Participate in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Advance knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge by attending meetings, training classes, and web-based learning. Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes to ensure compliance. Maintain a consistent client service experience by engaging with clients and assisting them through transactions and needs assessment. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education 2 years of client sales and service experience Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and ongoing regulatory requirements Ability to multi-task under time constraints Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional changes in locale Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher Ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and high level of service quality Experience discussing, recommending, and selling deposit, credit, and retirement products to consumer and small business clients Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals General understanding of bank operations, policies, and procedures Benefits
