Pyramid Consulting Group is a leader in the staffing industry with Clients in the
Fashion, Beauty, Retail and Event
spaces. We are hiring an Event Recruiter to join our internal team in a
hybrid
capacity. The ideal candidate should be
NYC
based, organized, tech savvy and can work independently with little oversight.
Responsibilities
Support your supervisor with account/client management
Input Job Orders as they come in
Manage candidate submissions (per project)
Source for candidates in Bullhorn, Linkedin, Indeed (as needed)
Recruit for new staff nationwide (Temp and possibly perm)
Assist with large- and small-scale projects (multi-location/multi-city support)
Event Schedule, staffing, and coordination through our online timecard system
Agency point of contact for "day of" events
Ad hoc recruiter responsibilities as needed
Preferred Qualifications Include
Microsoft 360 (TEAMS, EXCEL, WORD)
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Facebook Groups and Trusted Herd Savvy (Brand Ambassador pages)
Follow-up and follow-through skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Brand Ambassador or Event Coordinator Experience preferred
