Mosaic Service Partners, Washington, District of Columbia, United States
POSITION: Finance Transformation Manager or Director
ORGANIZATION: Mosaic Service Partners (An Alpine Investors Portfolio Company)
LOCATION: Washington DC metro, this role will require heavy travel up to 75% of the time during some times
COMPENSATION: Base $160K-$180K (depending on experience) plus bonus.
Company Overview Alpine Investors, a people-driven private equity firm, recently launched Mosaic Service Partners, a newly formed aggregator strategy backed by Alpine’s 9th fund, which has over $4.5 billion committed capital. Mosaic is Alpine’s newest platform in the Home Service market.
This is a unique opportunity to play a foundation role in helping build the finance function of a company with a clear mandate to scale to over $500 million in revenue within the next five years. Mosaic Service Partners is seeking to be the market-leading business in its specific vertical, building on Alpine’s existing success elsewhere in residential services. The goal of Mosaic Service Partners is to help drive growth at its operating companies by providing support resources across talent, sales and marketing, finance, HR, etc. while still empowering local leaders to make the right decisions for their business and people.
While Mosaic Service Partners is a startup, its institutional support and committed capital from Alpine, deal sourcing and execution resources, and experienced management team provide a strong competitive advantage and will allow the company to deploy a rapid M&A growth strategy, which are very unique characteristics for an early-stage firm. Mosaic is looking to hire individuals who understand the “build”, are willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard across many lanes and are excited by the opportunity to create an industry-leading platform from its inception.
Opportunity Overview The Finance Transformation Manager will help transition newly acquired businesses onto the Mosaic operating rhythm across accounting and finance. This role is central to assessing current-state finance processes, guiding acquired companies from cash to GAAP accounting, supporting opening balance sheet readiness, and driving consistent standards across reporting, controls, and core finance workflows. This high-impact role offers significant visibility with leadership at Mosaic and within the operating companies and will be instrumental in creating a more scalable, repeatable finance integration model as the business grows.

Lead finance transformation work across newly acquired companies, from initial assessment through execution and stabilization.
Conduct structured reviews of finance and accounting processes at acquired businesses and identify recommendations to align them with Mosaic standards.
