Commercial Escrow Assistant
is responsible for the specific duties listed below Your specific duties will include: Answer phone calls in a timely, courteous manner. Direct calls to the appropriate person, giving the caller a choice of holding or voicemail when requested personnel are unavailable. Greet customers courteously and offer refreshments as needed. Immediately notify closers/assistants upon customer arrival for closing. Sign for courier deliveries and promptly notify closers/assistants. Promptly notify marketing representatives for contract pickups. Provide administrative computer support such as handling business correspondences (emails, letters, memos), managing mailings and Federal Express packages, and assisting with special projects as required. Assist Escrow Officer in ordering payoffs, HOA documents, title work, funding/shipping files, preparing policies and files for closing. Send out title commitments, taxes, and wiring instructions to lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers Specific qualifications for the position include
: Experience as a Commercial Escrow Assistant in both commercial and residential settings, with specific knowledge of commercial closings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative support work. High School diploma or equivalent. Experience working with Qualia and Ramquest preferred. Preferred qualifications for the position include
: Commercial Escrow experience with experience in Commercial closings. National experience in escrow. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Willingness to learn and perform escrow tasks on the company's RamQuest system (training provided). Pay Rate Range
: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
