Seeking part-time professional! Flexible 25-30-hour per week work schedule. We’re looking for an experienced office pro — hotel, property management, and real estate industry is a plus. Responsibilities Resident relations
Rent collections
Obtain contractor bids and oversee work
Project planning
Enforcing community rules
Move-ins and move-outs leasing activity
Photo and video record site activity
Keeping office well stocked and ordering supplies as needed
Maintaining office equipment
Oversee small maintenance staff
Correspond with corporate office
Qualifications Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field
Basic understanding of housing and yard maintenance, or willingness to learn
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Valid driver's license
Able to source creative solutions to problems
Compensation
$23+ hourly
