Growth Marketer

Sophia, Miami, FL, United States

Who We Are Sophia is a design-driven, early‑stage technology company operating at the intersection of human relationships and AI. Every team member helps shape not just a product, but a human‑centered experience.

About the Role We’re hiring a Growth Marketer who is obsessed with the mechanics of how products grow. The primary KPI for this role is increasing qualified Sophia applications while reducing CAC.

You will own Sophia’s growth funnel. From first touch to completed application and running rapid, hypothesis‑driven experiments across paid acquisition, creative, landing pages, and onboarding. This is a hands‑on operator role. You will analyze performance data, develop messaging hypotheses, launch creative tests, and iterate quickly based on results.

Our goal is to build a disciplined growth engine where experiments run every week and insights compound over time. Success in this role means turning data into hypotheses, hypotheses into experiments, and experiments into measurable growth.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, consumer psychology, and creative storytelling.

Key responsibilities include:

Brief and collaborate with designers and creators to develop high‑performing creative for paid and organic channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, landing pages, email, partnerships)

Create at least 10 campaign tests per week including ad creative, hooks, landing pages, targeting, and onboarding messaging

Reverse‑engineer what’s working (in market and in our creative library), extract message structures, and translate them into crisp hypothesis‑driven creative briefs

Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, Google, and emerging platforms

Analyze performance data (CPA, CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, MER) and connect movements to creative and messaging levers

Identify patterns in analytics dashboards or Google Sheets and translate insights into testable growth concepts

Run structured weekly A/B tests across hooks, landing pages, onboarding flows, and lifecycle messaging

Apply consumer psychology principles (loss aversion, authority, scarcity, social proof) and Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done thinking to messaging and experiments

Track and optimize onboarding flows to increase completion and meaningful engagement

Collaborate with product to reduce friction and improve conversion across the user journey

Own & maintain & present a weekly Growth Dashboard and operate within a disciplined testing cadence (reporting → hypotheses → briefs → launches → recap)

Translate attribution insights and MMM signals into creative and budget decisions

Use AI tools to accelerate research, copy iteration, and experimentation speed

Identify and execute strategic partnerships that accelerate user growth

This Should Describe You Strategy & Data Synthesis You can open a creative analytics report or a Google Sheet, identify patterns, and translate them into testable growth concepts mapped to persona and funnel stage.

Consumer Psychology & Persuasion You apply heuristics such as loss aversion, social proof, authority, and scarcity when shaping messaging and experiments.

Copy Systems & Messaging You are fluent in AIDA, PAS, PASDA, and adjacent direct‑response frameworks.

You build hooks, angles, claims, and CTAs — and edit ruthlessly for clarity.

Platform & Trend Fluency You track Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, and emerging media trends and translate them into formats that resonate with specific personas and funnel stages.

Performance Fluency You think CPA‑first. You understand hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, and how creative drives performance.
