We are looking for a

Customer Service Representative

who is passionate about helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is

organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems while working with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Answer

customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Manage

high volumes of incoming calls

with professionalism

Process customer orders

received through email, fax, and EDI

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure

accurate and timely shipments

Maintain

customer and product information

in company systems

Process

invoices, returns, and order allocations

Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions

Monitor

emails, portals, ERP, WMS, and EDI systems

Provide

front desk support and greet customers when needed

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

preferred

Previous

customer service or office experience

preferred

Experience with

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Strong

data entry and computer skills

Excellent

communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to

multitask in a fast-paced environment
