We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven

Leasing Manager

to join our team at Oak Ridge Apartments in Aurora.

Position Overview The Leasing Manager oversees all leasing activities and leads the onsite leasing team to drive occupancy, resident retention, and overall community success. This role is responsible for generating traffic, converting prospects into residents, managing lease documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents. The Leasing Manager works closely with the Community Manager to ensure operational excellence and to cultivate a high‑performing, service‑focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities Leasing & Marketing

Manage phone and in‑person inquiries; schedule and conduct apartment tours

Present community features and benefits to prospective residents

Qualify prospects and effectively close leases

Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, lease expirations, and community details

Drive occupancy and renewal performance

Utilize CRM systems to track leads and achieve daily leasing goals

Leadership & Team Development

Supervise, train, and mentor leasing staff

Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and coaching conversations

Conduct weekly leasing meetings to establish goals and track performance

Partner with the Community Manager to support overall property operations

Recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency and resident experience

Administrative & Resident Services

Prepare and process applications, lease agreements, addenda, and move‑in documentation accurately

Coordinate service requests and communicate effectively with maintenance team members

Ensure timely and professional follow‑up with residents

Maintain organized, compliant leasing records

Qualifications

2–3 years of residential leasing experience required

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset

Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable
