Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Export Documentation Executive, based in Delhi, OH. The responsibilities include preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, coordinating with shipping and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records for export shipments. The role also involves regular communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely export operations. The candidate will oversee documentation processes in alignment with international trade regulations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Export Documentation and Export procedures
Proficiency in Documentation and Document Management
Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory requirements in international trade
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with hazardous waste recycling or related industries is a plus
Relevant certifications or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields is preferred
