Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Trenton, NJ for a Construction Superintendent. The role involves managing day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety standards, monitoring budgets, and overseeing project timelines. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate with project stakeholders, supervise site staff, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience in Construction Site Management, including planning, scheduling, and directing construction activities effectively.
Knowledge of Construction Safety practices and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain detailed project documentation.
Proficiency in Budgeting and cost estimation to ensure financial oversight and control of construction projects.
Expertise in Project Management, including coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
