You’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and delivering safe, NEC-compliant commercial power solutions—especially at 480V and across 3-phase systems—while helping grow our EV charging footprint. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of commercial installations, including EV charging infrastructure. Inspect systems, wiring, and equipment to identify faults early. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues; execute necessary job duties with precision. Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to craft the right electrical solutions. Adhere to NEC and site safety protocols at all times. Must-Have Background
7 years as a Lead Electrician. Proven 480 Volt troubleshooting expertise. Hands-on experience with 3-phase systems. Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members. Requirements
Journeyman electrician license or 7 years of Lead Electrician experience. OSHA 10 required (OSHA 10 or 30 acceptable). Local to Boca Raton, FL. Capable of 8–14 hour workdays as needed. Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and regulations. Minimum 5 years in commercial or industrial electrical settings. Strong knowledge of systems and equipment; comfortable with all standard tools. Clean driving record. Self-driven and accountable. Compensation & Benefits
