The ABQ Petcare Hospital Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the medical team in a fast paced veterinary clinic environment. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for both clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Answer questions regarding clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policies Process payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accurately Maintain accurate client and patient records Triage incoming calls, e-mails, and messages Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients Maintain clinic aesthetics by keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming space Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time or part-time Pay: The base hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position.
