Customer Service Representative
Customer service representative needed to support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and resolving issues. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures
Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
Document interactions and update account information
Assist with billing and account resolution
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines when appropriate
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, resolution rate, and retention goals
Work with managers to resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Data Entry
Active listening and problem solving abilities
Organized
Excellent verbal and written communication
