We are representing a locally headquartered and well established General Contractor in Charlotte with a strong backlog of work and continued growth across the industrial and manufacturing sector.
This is an opportunity for a
Project Superintendent
to lead the field execution of ground up
industrial warehouse and manufacturing projects ranging from $15M to $30M+ . All work is
100% local to the Charlotte area . This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys running his own project from cradle to grave while staying 100% local with no travel required.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead on site construction operations from mobilization through completion
Manage daily field activities across industrial and commercial projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
Drive schedule execution and maintain project milestones
Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld
Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain budget alignment
Run subcontractor meetings and weekly site coordination meetings
Maintain project documentation including daily reports and site logs
Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
Foster strong relationships with ownership teams and trade partners
Must Have Qualifications
Current Superintendent with a General Contractor
5+ years of construction management experience
Experience on New Ground-up Industrial or Commercial projects
Ability to manage field operations from sitework to CO
