We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Point on Flamingo. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our residential property by providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents. You will be the first point of contact and a vital representative of our community, helping individuals and families find their ideal home.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents, providing informative and engaging property tours.
Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate the benefits of living at Point on Flamingo.
Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, price changes, and industry trends.
Support marketing efforts by promoting available units and community amenities.
Assist with the application process, lease agreements, renewals, and ensure compliance with all fair housing laws.
Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, promptly addressing their concerns and needs.
Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
Participate in community events and resident activities to enhance the living experience and foster a sense of community.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Proficient in using property management software and standard office applications.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
