Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Agent located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Residential Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling residential properties, providing expert advice, conducting property showings, and negotiating sales contracts. The role also involves generating leads, handling sales transactions, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License
Knowledge and experience in Residential Real Estate and general Real Estate practices
Proven success in New Home Sales and general Sales skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
Ability to analyze market trends and advise clients effectively
Motivation to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
