M102642**Job Description Summary**This role is designed to drive growth through proactive lead generation while supporting key operational objectives for the Medicare Advantage (MA) product. Core responsibilities include enrolling a minimum of eight new patients per month into CareMore’s employed and contracted PCP panels in California, in alignment with enterprise growth goals.

The position will also focus on developing new broker relationships and establishing community partnerships, with a strong field presence of four or more days per week to expand CareMore’s brand and market visibility.**How will you make an impact & Requirements**\*This person must be located in Tucson or between Phoenix and Tucson\*The Community Relations Consultant plays a key role in expanding CareMore Health’s presence and impact within the community. This position focuses on building strong relationships, generating new patient leads, and executing outreach initiatives that promote CareMore’s mission, services, and brand across the Southern California region.Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, referral partners, and community stakeholders.* Generate new patient leads through strategic networking, community engagement, and outreach efforts.* Plan, organize, and execute community events such as restaurant activations, health expos, and fairs.* Represent CareMore Health at events and in the community, ensuring consistent brand messaging and professionalism.* Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements to both small and large audiences.* Prospect and engage potential clients through online leads and social media platforms.* Collaborate with clinic staff to facilitate tours, outreach activities, and internal communication.* Participate in administrative and clinical meetings to ensure alignment with organizational goals.* Track, analyze, and report monthly activities, outcomes, and performance metrics.* Manage budgets for events, promotional materials, and giveaways.* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies and best practices.* Identify challenges independently and implement effective, solutions-oriented approaches.* Introduce innovative ideas and strategies to enhance community outreach and engagement.* Work autonomously while balancing field-based responsibilities with office-related tasks.Qualifications & Skills* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug coverage, and billing procedures.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, people-oriented approach.* Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse audiences.* Comfortable using multiple software platforms and technology tools.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.* Ability to maintain professionalism, optimism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment & Requirements* Frequent travel required, up to five days per week.* Ability to manage time effectively while working independently in the field.**Compensation:**$67,349.00to$101,023.00At CareMore Health, we provide effective Advanced Primary Care and Palliative Care by seeing the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
