$75,000+

annually at plan, based on production and market conditions. This figure reflects estimated earnings potential and is not a guaranteed salary.

Responsibilities

Guide buyers through the home search, offer, and closing process

Conduct buyer consultations to understand clients’ needs and goals

Schedule showings and coordinate property tours

Help buyers evaluate homes and market conditions

Negotiate purchase agreements and advocate for client interests

Maintain organized client records within the brokerage CRM

Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and community connections

Represent the Skyward brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

Active Illinois real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people

Organized and comfortable working within a structured brokerage system

Coachable, collaborative, and growth-minded

Interested in building a long-term real estate career
