Construction Superintendent

Who we’re looking for:
3+ years of commercial construction experience
(Assistant, Superintendent, or Senior Super)
Backgrounds welcome:
QC, MEP, Safety, General Construction, Subcontractor
Mission‑critical / critical facilities experience required
(data center not required)
Able to obtain a security clearance
(clean background)
Federal construction experience is a plus
Strong preference for large GC backgrounds (Clark, Whiting‑Turner, Suffolk, Southland, Balfour Beatty, etc.)
Local candidates preferred, travelers considered
No residential experience
$55–70/hr (OT at time & a half after 40)
50‑hour work weeks

Senior Construction Superintendent: $50-65/hour
