Job Description
Best Line Equipment is looking for a Full Line Outside Sales Representative at our Jessup, MD location with a go-getter mentality to help grow strong customer relationships and create a steady and ever-growing revenue stream.
The sales territory will cover the Northern, MD region. The primary responsibility of the position is to promote the sale and rental of our product lines to contractors and construction-related businesses within the assigned territory. The applicant must have equipment knowledge and have the customer service and sales skills necessary to earn a significant portion of their wage based upon sales results. The position has an annual base salary plus the opportunity to earn a variable compensation component.
Job Overview:
Schedule appointments and call upon rental and sales customers.
Develop, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships to create a steady and ever-growing revenue stream.
Promote and sell products and services that require extensive technical expertise and support for operation.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Attend all sales calls and meetings, reporting directly to Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar position.
Valid driver's license.
Non-CDL, DOT medical card (or ability to obtain.)
Ability to use a computer.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be a team-player with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously.

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000, (dependent on performance)
