Position Summary This role is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to achieve sales objectives across assigned on-premise accounts. The On-Premise Sales Specialist supports promotions and sales initiatives to enhance brand presence and achieve account-level performance goals. Additionally, the position provides professional cleaning and servicing of draft beer dispensing systems, ensuring optimal product quality and uninterrupted service for bars, restaurants, and brewery partners.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Sell and promote new products and packages, draught placements, and POS materials within assigned accounts
Conduct inventory and recommend replenishment to maintain account product needs and prevent out of stocks
Service, clean, and maintain draught lines according to the established schedule and standards; complete surveys and tap counts accurately
Provide technical support for draft system installations, repairs, and troubleshooting service issues
Execute scheduled sales calls and maintain required account visit frequency
Builds and fosters customer relationships at each account to drive sales and ensure proper execution.
Collaborate and communicate with internal sales teams to support account execution, competitive positioning, and sales targets.
Maintain product knowledge across the full portfolio and ensure proper merchandising, rotation, and placement
Install POS and pricing materials within retailer guidelines to support visibility and brand dominance Communicate account updates, competitive activity, and operational needs to the Area Sales Manager.
Properly maintain company tools, adhere to “Safety Always” by adhering to safe working practices, and handle draft cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.
Safely operate the company vehicle
Work hours may vary daily due to business needs

What You Need to Succeed
Must be a minimum of 18 years old
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred
Minimum two (2) years of work experience; prior sales and marketing, draft line or keg experience strongly preferred (military experience may substitute)
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Good communication skills required
Intermediate computer knowledge in Office 365 preferred
Must be able to work with alcohol in compliance with TABC guidelines
Must have a smart phone with a camera and data capability
A valid Texas drivers license with a driving record acceptable under company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) guidelines
A dependable personal motor vehicle, suitable for work use, and capable of transporting up to 20 cases of product and/or display materials
Physical Requirement
Continuous lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases and kegs weighing between 20–160 lbs. required
Consistent bending, reaching and squatting while moving and stocking products
Safe handling of commercial grade line cleaning solutions (sodium hydroxide/potassium hydroxide)
Ability to safely operate a pallet jack, dolly, and six-wheeler cart
Continuous standing and walking, up to 8 hours at a time
Frequent driving distances between 0-75 miles in one sitting
Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
Exposure to indoor and outdoor weather conditions including high and low temperatures, wind, ice, humidity, rain, fog, hail, sleet and snow
Daylight, twilight, evening and dark lighting conditions
Noise, vibration, dust, dirt, airborne particles, fumes
