Role Description This full-time, on-site luxury retail associate role is based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. As a Luxury Retail Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection, maintaining deep knowledge of the brand’s offerings, and creating personalized shopping experiences. You will also handle product merchandising, ensure the store is visually appealing, and contribute to achieving sales goals while upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding client experiences
Sales expertise, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a luxury retail environment
Knowledge of luxury fashion trends, brands, and product lines, along with an understanding of premium customer expectations
Effective communication and active listening skills to engage with clients and colleagues
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate retail systems and technology efficiently
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Prior experience in luxury retail or a related field is a plus
