Position Overview
Leasing Agent I/COS – Kukui Tower, Honolulu, HI. Full‑time, 380‑unit family‑affordable housing community (HUD & Tax Credit). Salary range: $19.95–$30.40 per hour; hiring starts $19.95–$25.18 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and advertisements.
Provide property tours and show model unit.
Log all traffic, complete follow‑up, process rental applications and prepare leases.
Collect deposits, conduct unit inspections.
Conduct market surveys of competition.
Participate in property inspections, move‑in/move‑out, and aid residents with move‑out process.
Participate in re‑certification process.
Qualifications
1+ year of related apartment leasing experience/COS experience.
Intermediate MS Office skills.
Knowledge of affordable housing.
COS certification preferred.
Criminal Background & Drug Testing All candidates receiving a conditional offer undergo a criminal background check and drug test within 72 hours. Certain roles may require fingerprinting and household member checks for onsite housing. Background and drug testing are employment requirements.
