Community Engagement Intern – Make an Impact in Your Community Ready to put your creativity to work and build real-world experience? Montgomery Township is looking for a Community Engagement Intern who wants to help tell the story of our community. In this role, you’ll create social media content, help manage the Township website, support community events, and produce digital and print communications that keep residents informed and engaged. You’ll work directly with Township leadership while gaining hands-on experience with tools like Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Facebook, and Adobe Creative Cloud. This is a great opportunity for students or recent grads in communications, marketing, or public relations who want to build a portfolio, learn how local government works, and make a real impact in the community. ✨ Create content. Create social media content and digital communications to engage residents. Help manage the Township website and related online communications. Support community events and promotional activities. Produce digital and print communications that keep residents informed and engaged. Work directly with Township leadership and gain hands-on experience with tools like Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Facebook, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Qualifications
Students or recent graduates in communications, marketing, public relations, or related fields. Interest in how local government communicates with the community. Strong written and visual communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
