A confidential, high‑growth life sciences consultancy is seeking an
Associate Principal
to join its expanding
Global Market Access
team. This role offers the chance to shape U.S.-focused and international market access strategy for leading biopharma organisations while contributing to a rapidly developing capability anchored in the U.S.
You will act as a senior strategic partner to the leader driving this growing practice, supporting both U.S. initiatives and global engagements. This is a high‑impact position with significant responsibility, visibility, and autonomy.
You Will:
Lead U.S. and global market access engagements across pricing, payer strategy, launch readiness, and value communication
Operate as a trusted right hand to senior leadership on major accounts and internal priorities
Support global market access workstreams and collaborate with colleagues across international regions
Drive business development strategy and contribute to continued commercial growth
Guide and mentor project teams across multiple concurrent workstreams
Shape internal methodologies, service offerings, and cross-functional collaboration
You Bring:
6–10+ years’ experience
in market access, pricing, or commercial strategy within consulting
Demonstrated
commercial capability , including having generated
$750K+
in consulting revenue
Strong grounding in U.S. market access; pricing experience is particularly valuable
Experience leading client engagements and managing teams
Clear, structured communication and ease with senior stakeholders Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MPH, MSc, or similar)
