About the Role This is a newly created position designed for a motivated, early-career sales professional who wants to grow. The ideal candidate is someone eager to learn, be coached, and develop into a long-term contributor. Strong performance and production during the temporary period can lead to permanent hire, at which time a commission structure will be discussed.

Qualifications

1+ year of relevant sales or customer service experience

Strong communication skills (phone, E‑Mail, and in-person)

MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Sales‑minded with attention to detail and follow-through

Spanish preferred, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely customer service, product knowledge, and technical information

Conduct warm and cold calls on leads

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

Suggest alternate products based on pricing, availability, or specifications

Create, present, and follow up on proposals

Process orders accurately and efficiently

Manage and maintain existing customer accounts

Support and coordinate trade shows, events, and related sales/marketing activities

Maintain customer files and ensure accurate data entry

Assist with additional duties as assigned
