Jointly is hiring an Account Executive to drive growth among small to mid-sized real estate brokerages and teams within defined regional markets. This is a full-cycle sales role combining prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing responsibility. You will own your territory and pipeline from initial outreach through signed agreements and onboarding handoff. Jointly’s product is already generating inbound interest, and qualified inbound leads will be assigned; however, success in this role requires proactive outbound prospecting including cold calling, networking, and creative outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating momentum, and taking ownership of revenue outcomes. A Day in the Life

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Focus on small to mid-sized brokerages and real estate teams within assigned regional markets. Manage both inbound leads and self-generated outbound pipeline. Conduct consistent outbound prospecting including cold calls, emails, events, and social outreach. Build relationships with brokerage owners, team leaders, operations leaders, and decision-makers. Develop deep understanding of customer workflows, compliance challenges, and operational pain points. Deliver compelling product demonstrations that translate complex workflows into clear value. Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management within CRM. Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging based on market feedback. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting tied to pipeline health and revenue targets. Who You Are

Comfortable owning revenue targets and accountable for pipeline creation and closing outcomes. Strong outbound skills, including cold calling and proactive prospecting. Organized and disciplined with pipeline management and follow-through. Confident communicator capable of simplifying complex technology into clear business value. Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment. Curious about the real estate industry and motivated to become an expert in transaction workflows and compliance. Strong relationship builder who can balance consultative selling with execution speed. Experience in SaaS sales, real estate technology, or related industries strongly preferred. Our Culture
