Associate Account Manager (AAM)
to support and grow our client relationships while helping businesses experience the value of our unique managed facility services model.
The Associate Account Manager,position is designed to be training role with the goal of becoming an Account Manager with a $100K+ OTE. As an AAM you will support Account Managers and the overall operations team with a variety of responsibilities designed to immerse you in the business. After an initial training period you will serve as a key point of contact for clients—ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating service delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service or junior sales/account management background who’s ready to deepen their client-facing experience and contribute directly to revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:
Serve as a primary support for the City Wide operations team, including Account Managers Territory Managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and on time
Assist in onboarding new clients and managing expectations throughout the service lifecycle
Track client communication, issues, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Support strategic planning and client review meetings with performance data and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Goal-oriented with a desire to grow into a senior account management or sales role
Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
