Aether Power Inc. is Hiring a Residential Energy & Solar Sales Representative! Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site)

Schedule: Flexible / Open Schedule (Full-Time Commitment Expected)

Pay Range: $95,000 - $275,000 per year (Performance-Based)

Employment Type: Contract (1099)

Bonus: $6,000 Fast-Start Bonus (earnable within the first 30 days)

Overview Aether Power Inc. is building one of the most execution-focused residential infrastructure sales platforms in the country. We help homeowners upgrade their homes through solar energy systems, roofing solutions, fiber internet, and other modern home infrastructure improvements that reduce costs, increase reliability, and future-proof the home. Our mission is simple: build the best training ground in the country for high-performing sales professionals. This role offers uncapped income potential, professional sales training, and the opportunity to work across multiple residential verticals that create strong earning opportunities for motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities

Generate homeowner interest using proven outreach methods

Educate homeowners on solar energy, roofing, and home infrastructure upgrades

Present solutions that improve the home while reducing long-term costs

Handle objections and close deals professionally

Track pipeline activity and follow-ups through the company sales platform

Build relationships with homeowners and maintain a consistent sales pipeline

Requirements

Must live in California

Must have motivation to become a sales expert — training provided in door-to-door sales, referral networking, and social media outreach

Must be able to commit adequate time — this is not a part-time roleMust have a reliable, working vehicle

Must be 18 years or older

Must be a United States citizen

Willingness to learn and be coachable

Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Nice to Have

Previous sales experience

Affiliate marketing experience

Experience working in team environments (sports, music, arts, etc.)

Self-starter with strong time management and scheduling habits
