Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Account Management and relationship‑building Ability to work independently and in a team within a hybrid work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
