We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Regional Sales Manager position based in the Tampa/Orlando area.

Overseeing a team of 4 field-based sales reps calling on commercial property managers and decision makers and will be adding 2 more reps in Miami.
50% overnight travel- Covering Tampa, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Jacksonville
The team is selling essential commercial property services with the name player in the industry.
Base salary is
$130K-$140K plus $35K in bonus
1st year; candidates should expect $ 190K + total income in year 2.
Excellent benefits + $12K car stipend plus gas card.

3+ years experience leading a team with the ability to speak about their sales performance, coaching and developing a team.
