As a
Commercial Loan Consultant , you will be responsible for the following: Assisting members or potential members via various means in obtaining the best solutions for their commercial lending needs. Serving as the initial point of contact within commercial lending for members and potential members. Aiding with business strategies that foster membership growth, new business partnerships, and commercial market penetration. Following all regulatory and policy compliance requirements regarding the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, and other related policies. Utilizing technical expertise to enable the successful use of TFCU’s digital products and services. Applying business intelligence data to identify and engage one-on-one with members to educate, direct, and influence past or prospective financial service decisions regarding TFCU products and services. Seeking out new business opportunities and follow-up calls to work on smaller Business Services Loans up to $50,000. Performing associated administrative duties within the vast commercial lending service scope. Producing qualified loans to increase the portfolio, providing disclosures as required by law, while aggressively promoting all other offerings of TFCU. Salary
Salary Range : This is an exempt position. The salary range is $63,151.74 - $78,939.68; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Education/Experience
Education/Experience : An associate degree directly related to the position or job-related experience and three years’ experience related to lending is required. Experience in commercial lending is preferred. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements. Keys to success

Commercial Loan Consultant , you must possess these qualifications: Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation. Must have strong sales skills and be self-motivated and able to work independently. Must have the ability to motivate, influence and/or train others. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the strong ability to foster relationships. Must have excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and public speaking. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, employees, and members. Knowledge of product lines, corporate goals, and industry conditions. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
