Fogelman is seeking a professional Leasing Manager to join the team at Creekside at White Oak located in Newnan, GA. This property is scheduled to transition in early-April.

Responsibilities

Leasing the property with prospective residents and executing marketing strategies for the property, including social media postings.

Providing a positive resident experience and maintaining positive resident relations.

Supervising and mentoring the Leasing Consultant; may be required to lead renewals and supervise the leasing team.

Planning and hosting resident events and coordinating with maintenance and property staff to ensure readiness of units.

Managing all marketing duties including preparation of market surveys and social media postings; assisting with sending out resident notices.

Adhering to all company policies including safety and Fair Housing.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience as a leasing professional; up to one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with virtual and in-person community tours is preferred.

Working knowledge of property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.

Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media, and resident functions.

Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Depending on the property, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required.

Finger dexterity with the ability to grasp/turn.

Senses such as good eyesight and hearing; ability to comprehend, speak, write and communicate.

Work in a variety of conditions, including indoors and outdoors; generally moderate noise level.

Possible exposure to caustics, solvents, oils, fumes, flammables, pesticides, etc.
