We provide end-to-end support from concept development to production and delivery, combining creative capabilities with reliable execution. Our team works closely with distributor partners, agencies, and national accounts to develop fully customized merchandise programs. These include cut-and-sew apparel, headwear, bags, and branded products manufactured through both domestic and international production partners. Account Manager with experience in the promotional products industry . Candidates currently working in the promotional products industry who are looking for a platform to grow their accounts with stronger sourcing capabilities are encouraged to apply. Position Overview

The Account Manager will manage distributor relationships and client projects from initial inquiry through production and delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of the promotional products industry, including quoting, decoration methods, sourcing, and order management. The ideal candidate has prior experience working for a promotional products

distributor or supplier , understands industry tools such as

SAGE, ESP, or commonsku , and is comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously. This role blends

relationship management, product development, and operational coordination , helping clients bring custom merchandise programs to life while ensuring production timelines, artwork approvals, and logistics run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Client & Distributor Relationship Management Manage relationships with promotional products distributors, agencies, and corporate clients Serve as the primary point of contact for quotes, product recommendations, and project updates Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a high level of service and responsiveness Identify opportunities to expand accounts through new product ideas and merchandising solutions Support national accounts and distributor partners with custom merchandise programs Quoting & Product Development

Prepare quotes for custom and stock promotional products Source products through domestic and overseas manufacturing partners Recommend materials, decoration methods, and product specifications based on client goals and budgets Work closely with internal sourcing and design teams to develop custom merchandise solutions Ensure product concepts align with client brand guidelines and production capabilities Project & Order Management

Manage projects from

RFQ through production, quality control, and delivery Coordinate artwork approvals, decoration specifications, and production timelines Work with internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure accurate order execution Monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery Address production challenges and communicate solutions proactively to clients Industry Tools & Systems

Utilize promotional products industry platforms such as

SAGE, ESP, commonsku, or distributor ordering systems Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and project communications Track production timelines and order status across multiple projects simultaneously Trade Shows & Industry Events

Represent Northeastern Promotions at industry trade shows and events Assist with booth presentations and product demonstrations Build relationships with distributor partners and potential clients Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and decoration techniques Qualifications

2–5+ years experience in the promotional products industry Experience working for a

promotional products distributor or supplier Experience preparing quotes and managing promotional product orders Familiarity with promotional industry platforms such as

SAGE, ESP, or commonsku Strong understanding of decoration methods including: Embroidery Screen printing Heat transfers Sublimation Patches and appliqué Laser engraving or specialty decoration methods Preferred Experience

Experience with

custom product development or overseas manufacturing Experience managing complex merchandise or apparel programs Familiarity with distributor networks such as: HALO Geiger BDA iPROMOTEu Stran or similar promotional products organizations Book of Business
