Overview
Bottom Drawer is the luxury bedlinen and homewares concession in Brown Thomas Dublin, Cork and Limerick and in Arnotts. We sell the very best international and Irish brands and offer knowledgeable and professional customer service at all times. We are a family business, established in 1989 and have been selling beautiful homewares exclusively within the BTA group for 35 years. We have established great relationships with our loyal customers, and each member of our team knows the importance of superb customer service, thorough product knowledge and a flair for selling beautiful things. Responsibilities
Sell and manage customer relations, merchandise the ranges, learn all about our products and carry out all tasks involved with running a retail concession. Work 7 hours per day, 5 days a week. Be based in the Henry Street store and work alongside up to 2 other sales consultants. Maintain an organised stockroom, take in deliveries, manage stock, and keep the stockroom clean, neat and well managed. Knowledge & Requirements
Join a small team in Arnotts Dublin. The ideal candidate will love selling, be efficient, trustworthy, and hardworking with a flair for interiors. A background in sales / interiors is preferred but not mandatory. Maintain a positive attitude, be willing to work hard at all aspects of the job, enjoy interactions with customers, remain professional, quick, and cheerful in carrying out tasks in a retail environment. Be flexible with working hours as demands shift with the seasons, including Sundays, late night shopping evenings, etc. Company Values & Working Philosophy
