We are working with an apparel group looking to add an Account Manager to manage and expand relationships for two premium fashion brands. This role is suited to someone who blends strong commercial instincts with a genuine appreciation for modern women's fashion. The successful candidate will manage key client relationships across two lifestyle apparel brands, each with a distinct design identity. Acting as the primary liaison between brand partners and internal teams, you will ensure seamless collaboration from concept through production while helping drive long-term account growth. You will partner closely with design, product development, and production teams to deliver high-quality apparel programs while strengthening client partnerships and identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Manage 2 premium apparel brand accounts as the primary client partner and point of contact Build strong relationships with client teams across design, merchandising, production, and leadership Drive account growth through strategic planning, account development, and identifying new business opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with internal design, product development, and operations teams to translate brand vision into commercially successful product Participate in seasonal line reviews, client presentations, and collection discussions Manage pricing, costing, and margin negotiations while maintaining product integrity Oversee order flow, forecasts, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction Provide insight on assortment direction, color stories, and product opportunities aligned with market trends Resolve production or delivery challenges efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships Deliver clear internal reporting on account performance, pipeline opportunities, and key metrics Candidate Profile

5 years of experience in account management, brand management, or sales within the apparel or fashion industry Experience partnering with contemporary or premium apparel brands Strong understanding of apparel product development, sourcing, and production Ability to understand and support the creative vision of fashion brands while delivering commercial results Proven success managing and expanding key accounts Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Commercially minded with experience managing pricing, margins, and forecasting Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM system
