Job Description
We are seeking a
self-motivated Fencing Sales Representative
to generate and close fencing projects across commercial, residential, and agricultural markets. This is a
commission-only, 1099 position
with
uncapped earning potential . Prior fencing experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate who brings hustle, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and self-sourcing
Meet with customers to assess fencing needs and provide accurate estimates
Sell fencing solutions, including residential, commercial, and agricultural projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, contractors, and businesses
Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred (construction or fencing experience is a big plus)
Comfortable working in a
commission-only, performance-based role
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Highly motivated self-starter with grit and grind
Organized, reliable, and accountable for your results
Ability to learn products, pricing, and estimating quickly
