Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Comfortable learning and navigating multiple recruiting platforms and technology systems Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of hiring goals Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
