Commercial HVAC - Account Executive
Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 base + commissions
Kendall, FL | Field-based / Office Hybrid

We are a well‑established commercial HVAC company with a strong reputation across the region, and we are growing. To keep up with the opportunity in front of us, we need a talented sales professional who is ready to hit the ground running and make their mark.
We are looking for a seasoned Commercial HVAC Sales Executive who knows how to open doors, read a blueprint, and close a deal. If you have spent years selling large mechanical systems, understand the commercial construction landscape, and are ready to own a territory with real earning potential, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
What You'll Do
Hunt and develop new commercial HVAC installation opportunities across South Florida
Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, and developers
Sell large‑scale systems including rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and high‑tonnage equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans to support proposals
Prepare project proposals and bid packages that win
Collaborate with estimators and project managers throughout the project lifecycle
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
What You Bring
3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience
Strong working knowledge of commercial mechanical systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and large tonnage equipment
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Experience selling to property managers or general contractors
Sharp negotiation and presentation skills
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
