Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships: The Growth Architect As the Account Executive for Strategic Partnerships, you aren’t just selling a product—you’re engineering an ecosystem. You will hunt, secure, and activate high‑impact partnerships with Financial Advisory firms, Health Systems, and TPAs to position SmartConnect as the undisputed Medicare solution for their clients.
The Mission Your goal is to turn industry giants into powerful engines for SmartConnect through complex deal cycles, high‑level negotiation, and the thrill of turning a single "Yes" into a flood of referrals.
What You’ll Own
Identify and conquer untapped markets using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
Deliver masterclass demonstrations that show leaders how SmartConnect boosts retention and adds substantial value.
Lead high‑level negotiations, structuring tiered incentives and mutually beneficial contracts.
Ensure partners are fully activated and referring clients before passing the torch to Account Management.
Represent the brand at FinTech, HealthTech, and HR Benefits conferences.

Closer’s mindset: drive and manage a pipeline with experience in complex B2B2C deal cycles.
Strategic fluency: speak the language of CEOs and Finance Directors in Healthcare and Financial Advisory landscapes.

Collaborative spirit: solo hunter who works interdepartmentally to create world‑class B2B collateral.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree and experience in Business Development or Strategic Accounts.
High‑level Medicare expertise (Supplement, Advantage, Part D) is a major plus; ability to master complex industries is essential.
Proficiency in Salesforce and lead‑gen tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
Exceptional communication, detail‑oriented process, and problem‑solving skills.
