Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Hays, KS and Russell, KS. The Account Executive will actively manage client relationships, seek new business opportunities, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate insurance products, meeting sales targets, and acting as a trusted advisor while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Organizational, Problem-Solving, and Time Management abilities
Keen understanding of Insurance Products and Services preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Self-motivation and results-driven attitude
Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licensing and adhere to compliance requirements
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
