
Marketing Coordinator

MMQCI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help execute and manage day‑to‑day marketing activities, strengthen our brand presence, and support product visibility across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on marketing work, including writing, updating, creating, and managing content, while balancing creativity with precision in a regulated scientific environment. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams, proactively learning our products and markets while helping build and scale the marketing infrastructure that supports MMQCI’s continued growth.
What You Will Get to Do:
Manage social media content, scheduling, and performance tracking
Execute email campaigns, including segmentation, copywriting, and reporting
Update website content, including product pages and resources
Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications
Create and update marketing graphics and product photography for digital, print, and trade show materials
Support trade show planning and communications
Assist with customer relationship and marketing database management for outreach and inbound leads
Provide marketing support to the Product Marketing Manager across campaigns and projects
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–3+ years of marketing experience (life sciences or medical diagnostics a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (email platforms, CRM)
Basic design experience a plus (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
