B2B Sales Specialist (Appointment Setter & Closer) Location: Remote (South Africa)

Hours: US Business Hours

Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission

Target Audience: Healthy & Seed Oil-Free Restaurants (CMOs, Owners, & Hospitality Groups)

The Opportunity We are building the definitive platform for the healthy eating movement—think "Yelp," but exclusively for restaurants committed to high-quality ingredients and seed oil-free cooking.

We are seeking a B2B Sales Specialist based in South Africa to own the full sales cycle. This is a unique role where you will manage both the "set" and the "close." You will be speaking with decision-makers who are often already familiar with our mission, as 50% of our inbound leads have already purchased a low‑ticket offer from us. If you are diligent, professional, and passionate about the health/wellness space, this is a chance to sell a product you can actually get behind.

What You Will Own

High-Intent Appointment Setting

Inbound Management: Respond to and qualify leads coming in through Instagram and our cold email platform.

Warm Dialing: Execute 10-15 strategic dials per day to inbound leads who have expressed interest or engaged with our low-ticket products.

SOP Execution: Follow our detailed, proven SOPs to move prospects from "curious" to "booked" efficiently.

The Full-Cycle Close

Video Consultations: Conduct professional discovery and closing calls over video. We typically operate on a 2-call close sequence.

Deal Shaping: Sell advertising and partnership packages ranging from $3k to $8k per year.

Diligence in Follow-up: Manage your entire pipeline in Close (CRM). We pride ourselves on never "leaving a lead hanging"—your success will depend on your ability to stay organized and persistent.

Who You Are

Professional & Polished: You are comfortable speaking with high-level executives (CMOs) and hospitality group owners. You represent a premium, health-conscious brand and your communication reflects that.

Relentlessly Diligent: You don’t let things fall through the cracks. You follow the process, you update the CRM, and you follow up until you get a definitive answer.

B2B Sales Veteran: You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS, advertising, or hospitality sectors.

Health-Conscious (Bonus): You don't just sell the platform; you believe in the seed oil-free movement. An interest in healthy eating or the hospitality industry will help you build instant rapport with our clients.

Technical Requirements

CRM Mastery: Experience with Close or similar modern CRM platforms.

Remote Ready: A professional home office setup including high-quality audio/video for sales calls and a stable internet connection.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (South African-based candidates are preferred for their neutral accent and cultural alignment with our US/Global market).
